By accessing or using Texor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Zephasoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

The App offers optional in-app purchases including cosmetic themes and consumable items. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store and are subject to their terms.

The free version of the App displays advertisements. You may remove ads by purchasing the 'Ad-Free Experience' in the app store. We use Google AdMob for ad delivery.

You may submit a display name visible on leaderboards. You agree not to submit names that are offensive, misleading, or infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any display name at our discretion.

All content, design, code, and assets in the App are the intellectual property of Zephasoft. The name 'Texor' and all associated branding are trademarks of Zephasoft. The game does not use the trademarked 'Tetris' name or branding.

The App is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zephasoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
